You go online, click on friend rooster and in top left hand corner your code should be there. No you can face people in your region, so you cannot face people in europe or australia which is 'pal' however you can play people in NTSC region which is 'the americas' and canada.

you know when you play online and stuff
does it show your statistics on your wii
like your record, how much you lost and won.
eg... 1-4 or 464-394

No, the record isn't kept on your wii. it is possible to link your online gh3 account to an account on the official gh3 site which will keep scores etc.
