Online browser

Hello Wiiers,

First off what a wonderful website to get all your Wii questions answered. I am very much excited to be part of this forum.

I ma very new to the gaming industry and was able to successfuly get my wii 2 weeks back. (Very excited).

I set up my wii to my wireless. From reading some posts i get the feeling that to be ready for online games i need "Opera browser "? Can any one please let me know where to get this and how to get this?

I currently see the weather channel and the news channel. Does this mean I already have the browser?

Hey there, go to the wii shop channel, then wii software to download the free browser.
You dont need it though to play online games, just make sure your connected to the net.

Regarding your question, the Opera Browser (the full internet channel) can be found and downloaded for free from the Shopping channel. As long as you have an internet connection, log on and have fun.
