if you think about it SSE is a fairly small part of the depth of brawl...since 99% of people's time will be spent on stock battles. so i cant see them taking the time it would take to create an online coop campaign
No, Nintendo has not said anything about online co-op for the SSE. Besides, I'm sure we would have heard about it by now giving that it's out in Japan. You can play the SSE in co-op mode with a friend, just not online.
