Reekfish! Help!

Hey guys. So ralis told me to find the reekfish in the waterfall basin...What basin is he talking about And is there a certain time the fish comes up

go from the zora domain throne room to the room where u used the magma rock to melt the ice. on the east side of that area u can fish for reek fish and get a scent of it and folo the scent. hope it helps.
