What are the blue and green dots in reputation i know green is good but is blue bad? i can show you the post if you want i have no idea why i would get bad rep for it

yer thats harrassment which is banned why do people do that for no reason? admin should review it first, you cant even find out who said it, also the wiichat logo is out of line, cord doesnt line up

Try using Mozilla Firefox. Its the browser i use and i don't have that problem.
