K let me test something.
Someone give me one negative, and someone else give me 1 positive.

I gave you 1 positive.

EDIT: Maybe negatives go down depending on how much rep the person that gave you a negative has.

A positive rep from someone with 11+ points will bring you up.
A positive rep from someone with 10- points will keep you the same
A negative rep from anyone will bring you down.
The amount you are brought up or down depends on how much rep the repper has.

Something close to that.

Its possible that someone also needs 11+ points to negative rep you as well.
