    People are so !@*# stupid/poor (or both) that they find a reason to sue for anything.

    The Wii remotes were misused. The people failed to hold onto them while they were using them. I hope Nintendo wins this one.

    Anyone else notice that the article said the Wii was released November 17th, not November 19th?

    Do these people even GOOGLE what they're writing about? So ignorant.

    Im actually suprised they have gone the far (the people charging Nintendo) seeing how Nintendo clearly advises and warns users to use the strap and GENTLY use the wiimote...
