Trauma Center for 2 players??

I just got my Wii today and was wondering if the Trauma Center Second Option could be used with two players. I'm thinking that it can't since it doesn't give you the option at the beginning, but then again it doesn't have very good instructions in the first place. thanks

I don't know about yours but mine clearly says on the back 1P. So I'm thinking its only 1P which is fine with me since I know its going to be an awesome game.
