is there any comfirmation that wii will be released in europe this year?

Not yet. All we know is it'll launch in America before the end of November, and the European release will follow within a few weeks after that.

My guess is Nintendo will want to make the Christmas period, so it could be launched here in December (this is only speculation, mind).
