Unsuccessful preorderers will get second batch?

Just want to make sure, I preordered with woolworths and they said I wont get one for launch but should get one before xmas. Same goes for argos people I guess, does this mean we will get the second batch? From what I remember about the US launch the second and third batch had a difference of a week or something right? Hopefully we'll be getting them next week...

Don't hope for it though. They aren't promising anything so you might even get it after christmas ><

Yes, as far as I'm aware. Apparently Argos were told they'd have 15,000 by launch -- and accepted pre-orders up to that level. But now it turns out they have 12,000 at launch with the remaining consoles to follow in a second shipment.

Presumably those who pre-ordered but didn't get one at launch, will get one when Argos have their second shipment.
