Usb anyone?

Does anyone knows what usb devices does the Wii currently has support for? Accessories? Also I would like to know if there is a hardware difference between my Wii's Usb ports and my computer's? The thing is that I charged my Mp3 player with the Wii and I did notice a big difference in charging time.
