I bought a USB thing for my computer a little while ago and it will not install right. Everytime it finishes installing it says ERROR insert Nintendo Wi-FI USB Connector into USB port and it's already in. I met all the system requirements and have tried to contact Nintendo several times, but there never seem to be any operators available.
