Web browser Downloading???

Hello i have just purchesed a Wii , and i went on internet and went to play my fav game and it said i need java, so i went to download java and some lil error thing popped up??!?!?! , so i tried to download somthing else and same thing?, help please.ty

im not sure if it supports java, i know it supports flash.

You can't download to your wii. where you gonna download stuff to? and if you download stuff for it, how you gonna install it?

Possibly in the future you could download apps and install them from your SD card. But thats a long shot. That also brings the possibility of Wii Viruses and Anti-Virus programs for the Wii.

i think they havent concentrated on the browser side of it as much as the gaming side of it.....and (correct me if iam wrong ) the browser download is a trial version and states "some features will not work as in trial period". ithink...
tbh i think we will have to use an external hard drive to run stuff like that efectively.....:shifty:
