Wi-fi Problem

I have the nintendo wifi usb connector and the latest program For vista

Everything starts of fine then I get error 52140

My Wifi usb is like 1 meter away from the wii so thats not the problem.

Their might be a problem with the ip, but i don't know what i could do to change that, so any tips?
