wii bought from dubai cant play uk discs

hi all can anyone hulp please i bought the wii in dubai and i am unable to play discs back in the uk is there any thing i can do :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:

the dubai and uk are on diff. styles.
NFTS and PAL
