Hi. i bought my wii on dubai and im just wondering can i play downloaded games on my wii?? i dont know anything bout wii, is it like psp where u have to upgrade or downgrade the version before u are able to play downloaded games?? please help...

Yes, you can buy retro games for your Wii through the Wii Shop channel. You probably will need to upgrade to a new version of firmware for your Wii; you'll be told if you need to.
