we're still taking registrations on the first post... hopefully we can get 30-some members to signup and actually 24 show up... could get more regional heats then a global heat at the end

i can't be sure, yet, that's why i sheduled this out for a whole week.
i would imagine you need 1 FC, the host. hosts have not been determined yet.
