Xbox function for the Wii

If anyone had a xbox, they should know that you could save songs onto the hard drive and play your own music while your playing a game and i was just wondering if the Wii had this function or mabye it's this thing i saw on the EB games website called Wii music i don't know...here is the link if people want to have a look Ebames.com

To OP, you can put mp3 files on the Wii via an SD card and load them up into compatible games like Excite Truck to use instead of the music if that helps.
