Zelda glitch?

Im in the water temple and i was halfway between it when i opened a chest and got a key. i saved it cuz i had to go and when i came back the door that was locked wouldnt open and the chest i was suppsoed to get the key from was already open. What can i do now?

Hmmmm, I don't think it glitched or anything. The door you might be trying to open could be the boss door and you need the Big Key to open that door. That or the door might be barred up. Examine your surroundings to see if you can get it open.

No its a nomal door and i should have the key but the chest is already open

You may have to go back, or try again.
Maybe it is used on another door, I am not too sure though, I never had this problem nor heard of it.

i think this is a glitch... it reminds me of the eldin bridge glitch. Never happend to me i used to always save after i find a key and each time i came back it was there. Do u have any brothers or sisters that play TP by any chance?
