MP3 online or not won't stand up to halo 3. Band geeks around the world will make sure of this.

If time was taken and they did a good job, I could see a fight being put up against Halo 3. I mean come on, we have had Metroid longer

To be honest, IMO Metroid is a far better game franchise than Halo will ever be, but like alot of people have said, Halo has the online advantage. But If Ninty really pull out all the stops on this one, we could all have a little gem on our hands. VoIP (Voice Chat) would seal the deal for me personally.

How exactly would Metroid be able to be online? I've never played Halo, so I don't know how that game works, but it seems to me that if you're playing a one player game, it wouldn't make any sense to put it online becuase it's only you playing the game.

Just go and read about Metroid Prime Hunters, and you'll know what i mean.

um....
when you're offline it's just you beating the story mode..


But with a good bit of work you can connect online and battle other real players...

I am really hoping this game is online. Personally I think metroid is better than halo aswell, and I think if enough was put into the game(voice chat for example) I think it would be just as good, if not better, than halo.

really hope that its not only samus and u can costumize your character
and there could be a lvl system where you can get access to new weapons
