haha wii owners getting a little too excited. With all of the sucess of the modern warfare series on major systems, a wii exclusive would only come in the form of a rail shooter.

Yes because rail shooters sell soooo well, just look at the great success Dead Space Extraction had! I bet EA are chomping at the bit to release another, maybe they can break 10k sales next time.

The COD series has actually sold very well on the Wii, obviously not as well as on the 360 but still good for a multiplatform series.

I think that the Modern Warfare series is pretty much dead now though, after the overhyped mess that was MW2 on 360/PS3 (thank god that wasn't released on the Wii and we got Reflex instead) and the gimping of the PC version a lot of people have had enough of the series. With that in mind, MW3 might actually do better if it was a Wii exclusive.
