after that, i bought a couple weapons in the third round, and bought the URL.
now i want the PRL 412, but i gotta play pro mode :(

I need to do pro/normal/merc./assignment/separate ways

=/

Hmm, i am still foreign on the seperate ways as i still have the GC version, Wii version will be coming through my doorstop soon.

How long is it, and what acheivements are unlocked after completing it?

Hmm okay I'm not sure where this thread's going but I feel compelled to share some things I've learnt from Resident Evil 4 here.

Alright,

1. The rocket launcher for El Gigante, I believe, is largely unnecessary in the easier skill levels. Buying it on Easy seems wasteful. By the time you play on Normal you'd be good enough to have worked out a routine that works without the Rocket Launcher, and on Hard, buying a Rocket Launcher would be in the interest of saving ammo.

2. Salazar's Right Hand is VERY difficult on Hard using conventional weapons. Even if you do manage to kill him, your ammunition supplies will be drained to such an extent that will mean most of your weapons will be useless for some time. Buying a Rocket Launcher would probably be a wise move, once again in the interest of saving ammo.

3. Salazar himself isn't particularly challenging on any skill level. A few solid hits to the big main eye will cause him to come out of his protective covering, and after a few repeats, will be dead without the expenditure of too much ammo/health. A Rocket Launcher isn't necessary.

4. Crows and exposed Plagas are vulnerable to your Flash Grenades. Instead of attempting to shoot a bunch of crows (which is usually a very sloppy job) just hurl a Flash Grenade in their direction instead. It will instantly take them all down and leave you with whatever untold treasures they held. Same story for exposed Plagas. When one pops out of a villager's/zealot's/mercenary's head, a Flash Grenade will kill them instantly. It is generally better to do when there's a number of them. For instance when Leon must face off against the sets of three suits of armor inhabited by Plaga parasites.

5. In The Mercenaries minigame, Hunk is incredibly effective against the Bella Sisters (Chainsaw women) in the Village level. One TMP round to the head will stun them, which will allow him to perform his one-hit kill move - The Neckbreaker. You can stack up a lot of points knowing this.

6. The Novistadoors (Flying bug monsters with glowing eyes) take several hits to kill when they're on the ground, but while they're airborne one hit from anything will kill them instantly, regardless of whether it's a magnum round or a single shotgun pellet. Any shotgun is very effective and will bring down a bunch of airborne Novistadoors in no time.

7. A fully upgraded Punisher can penetrate up to five enemies with one bullet, making it very effective against large groups. However it has a lower maximum firepower rating than other handguns. Weigh these factors up for yourself and decide if it's good for you.

That's about all I have time for now. I was supposed to be getting ready for work fifteen minutes ago, but I thought I'd share that with you.

Peace out,
Ez

lol I hate threads that say "official" so I made it my "official" thread

Ok so I am at the part where Im going to fight El Gigante, the question my friends should I spend some loot and mess him up with the Rocket Launcher?

Also I made the mistake of not sellling my pistol, after I had recieved the Punisher ugh I spent so much treasure on upgrading my pistol! I know im a noob :yikes:

Also how many of you like the rifle? mmm splattering heads....

i did the same with my handgun!!!!

Chapter two on separate ways:wink:

Got my funds up to 423875 on main game so a few weapon sales will get me the million needed after I complete the Ada missions.

My IRL will be getting a new friend soon:)
