I think you have to be here fer at least 3 months and have alot 'o' rep. points.
Think you have to generally be an awesome person, one who has never stolen a cookie from the cookie jar, and you have to own your own country.
Also, asking for it doesn't help. That's like asking if you can kiss a girl or paying for sex.

Cheers i just fort it was like a monthly thing or once a year where they ask for applocations (spelling)
