i0n, is there any way you could up the image size for .jpg to something like 800x600 or so?

the reason i ask is that i just attached a bunch of images in the ds lite thread but had to resize them pretty small to fit under the 280 height requirement.

even 640x480 would be good for pics since that would fit a nice full screen shot

yea sure, they auto thumbnail so i'll make the limits huge

set your avatar as requested, just a matter of resizing

if anyone else is in a similar situation i recommend gifworks.com, i used it to make crs's and my own avatar fit under the size requirement. the two important tools are edit->resize and optimize->reduce colors
