I want the best laptop I can get for around 1200-1300 bucks. I want to be able to use it for college, but also be able to play games on it.

Gaming laptops are just beefed up versions of standard ones. There's a site that lets you see if your computer will run a game based on what it has. I can't find it right now due to being on my phone.

Don't have a laptop, but my gaming PC was $800 and it runs everything at high settings.

Righty right. I've only seen people carry cheap laptops around, even the gamers. You might want to settle on a lower end gaming laptop if you insist on one. I don't own
Try this site. Find a game and see if the laptop you want can run it.

I've also got a cheap one, so if I have to, I can use that. But I'd much prefer a good laptop. I'll just have to keep up with it

What games were you hoping to run?
Tried one of those caramel Frappe "coffee's". It's a nice sweet treat once you get it through that it's not supposed to be coffee.
