If a disc problem, get another Wii or a WiiU, since you're obviously getting the new Smash. If not a physical copy, there shouldn't be a problem with PC with the latest build. If not that, reinstalling seems to help. I've never heard of anyone having problems with load screens on a digital copy. And you apparently had no problems the first time you attempted playing.
