no kidding, it would be kind of a waste of space when there are much better forum ideas out there that can be applied to the site in the future.

Don't make a subforum under anime called "Naruto". This isn't an anime forum, it doesn't need a Naruto subforum.
There's an anime section, how about you, Captain Cola, just make topic about Naruto there. What's that you say? "There's already 4 Naruto topics on the first page alone..." Problem solve.
