I know the system would have to be shipped internationally . . . if you wanted to purchase it from here (which I won't, I suppose . . . no reason not to wait).
They mention that you will have to choose which region you want: European, US, or Japanese (I think).
I don't see a reason to pre-order from them . . . not sure about the shipping . . . anyone know much about them though? I hear they are reputable.
