How do I unlock the Death Door (3 area) . There are 4 photos and I have passed the first 3 with B's

and I beat the two Ivan's (4th area) and need to get to the next level (how do i unlock it). All B's in this area

I have all B's and some A's in all of my rankings overall

I want to finish the game once and for all.
