Played a bit of degroot keep. Melee fighting is much too uncomfortable now, aside from huntsman.

I've always found melee fighting uncomfortable, crits affect the decision more often then not and even added status effects have a massive effect on the outcome (like the Southern Hostpitalities bleed effect).

I was reading a couple Sniper guides (for shits and giggles) and everyone says the same thing: Stock sniper, Jarate and Bushwacka. Buncha twats have no idea how to be creative with loadouts in pubs.

Playing DeGroot for so long I have noticed I way better at melee fighting then before. Sure crits usually end the fight but there is skill in melee fighting.

Still playin' MKW periodically. I'm definitely noticin' that my performance is far more consistent when playin' Peach @ Mach Bike... karp damnit miyamoto i hate pink ;_;

I hate minecraft, because local libraries' internet rooms are always full of noisy minecraf playing kids. Real twerps they are too. Should be whipped.
-and games are as good as their gamers. If gamers are dumb, then the game is just as dumb.

A game like Minecraft definitely is dependent on it's community; hence why password-protected servers are a thing. The ol' "100% rule" dictates that not every server is infected with annoyin' kiddies and griefers, so yeah. It's a shame the game's ruined for ya by experiences infected with the above annoyances, but if ya look hard enough ya'd assuredly find a server-based community of a quality anywhere between good enough and fantastic.

That, and there's always LAN/not-LAN private play with only friends. Personally ain't an option for me since I know no one who plays Minecraft...

MK7 wasn't too bad. But I would definitely recommend Awakening over it.

Before getting MK8, of course.

I've no qualms with this. Wiichat's never successfully had a large (organized) gatherin' of it's MKW players, so we certainly should set it up. Who's game? I am.
