Underline Codes Not Working?

Well, the other night, I wasn't able to underline anything - I kept getting errors about using url tags. It seemed rather gauche and I'd like to know if there's anything that can be done to fix it?

EDIT: I seriously meant to preview this first, but it seems as though this issue has already been cleared up. Sorry.
