Using the Wii to watch movies online

Ok I have been using sites to watch movies online, but it seems like most of them make it impossible to use the Wii now (for some odd reason). Well I made a site www.showflick.com that will auto recongize the Wii and go into "Wii mode" currently I have close to 200 cartoons and movies (all legal) that can be watched with the Wii, I plan on adding more. I did this because I am a Wii nut.. I hope you enjoy the site.

I think if you saw it on the Wii you would see how it is different, it doesnt look the same as it does on the PC, yes the movies are legal hence why they are so many older ones.

Or just do what I do and have a high def and tv and video out from your computer with a VGA cable.

showflick seems cool, but it has no good movies on it. maybe you should add some decent movies, youll get alot more visitors.

I was gonna give you rep when I saw all the shows and cartoons on it until I tried it on my Wii. All I got when I tried to watch Family Guy is a big black screen. Then I tried to watch that episode on the computer and it worked. I'm still on the search of a website that will let me watch movies on my Wii.

When you find a video you want it will show in the table where the file is located.

I know for a fact that any on www.veoh.com and www.dailymotion.com will play on the wii browser.

I believe any from www.metapus.com will display as well, which a lot of the family guy episodes are. I am currently watching family guy episodes on my wii.

i think http://www.youtube.com is the best movie website, and also http//www.newgrounds.com is the best also. the only thing the wii online is good for is videos, cuz of the bigger screen to watch them on!!!

I tried to get the episode of He's too sexy for his fat. It's from stage6.divx.com and it won't run. It says that I need a Divx Web player. Am I doing something wrong?
