WCW/NWO Revenge VC

Think there is any chance of this n64 game being released for the VC?

It's probably not high on the priority list, and I'm not sure who owns what now (in terms of video production companies), so it may not even be possible.

back in the late 90's, there was the WCW and the WWF. 2 different owners battleing head to head in ratings. WCW brought in some "outsiders" (originally in WWF) and called themselves the "New World Order" (NWO). A video game came out called WCW vs. NWO (or something along those lines). It was a pretty good game.
Definatly was cooler than the original WWF game for the NES. The Honkey Tonk Man, Hulk Hogan, Bambam Bigalow, Andre The Giant, Macho Man Randy Savage, just to name a few that were in the NES game

Its a game in "licence hell" due to EA own the WCW brand for games(they made two shite games)

I don't know about the wcw games but their is a chance we will get an updated version of wwf no mercy on the vc.

In the latest EGM Magazine, resident rumor mill-boy Quartermann offers an interesting and exciting new rumor. Before I state it, let me just say that Quartermann has a very solid track record as he recently predicted an all new Bionic Commando as well as Square-Enix taking their Dragon Quest franchise to the Nintendo DS.

The latest rumor involving the Wii is that THQ is planning on bringing back the N64's best wrestling game, "WWF No Mercy" in the form of Wii Ware with updated rosters!

Think about that, playing argueably one of the best WWE games on any system with new roster updates. Cross your fingers wrestling fans!

Well as for revenge there was a few cool hidden things that the wrestlers can do like Geting Booker T to do the spinaronny (get him on special and do a move that puts him on the ground) and geting Stinner to pose after doing a stiner recliner (simply finish the oponant with it)

Thanks for the input. I figured there might be licensing issues with that one. Ah well, guess I'll just way for Mercy.

Revenge and No Mercy were my two favourite wrestling games! I hope either one comes out on the VC, would be awesome if they did.
I hope all of these licensing disputes can get sorted, the list of games possible for the VC would be unbelievable good!
