I read this article in USA Today about the Wii Fit not actually having any real fitness benefits.

Some label the Wii Fit as an example of exergaming. I am in search of any evidence of actual weight loss from Wii Fit users, as I am thinking about getting the Wii Fit - or something better for my brother for Christmas. Basically I want a cool game, or online / mobile app that will help him lose weight. Any ideas???
