Wii U poll, basic or deluxe.

I need to get a screen protector..

But if you are feeling that you should get the deluxe edition and it bothers you, then trust your gut and return it for the deluxe edition.

I'm kinda wondering if nintendo will release a 120GB model in gold to ciocide with the zelda launch.next zelda game

I was waiting in line for my console and these guys in front of me were making rather crude racist jokes about how the black version is superior and naturally should have the "bigger hardrive"; I laughed and told them the "asian" (gold) version that's no doubt going to launch with the next zelda title will probably put there mere 32GB to shame; and that size isn't everything.

I really hope Nintendo makes a larger presence for themselves with the WiiU. So far the community has been a pleasant suprise.

I have started saving for one. I will probably end up with the basic. Two reasons, one, is that when I scrape together enough to get the system and a game I will probably cave-in before I have enough for the deluxe. Two, I think I would rather have the white one instead of the black. The shiny black looks like it would be such a finger print magnet. I would be cleaning it all the time.

I had a basic on pre order here in Aus, But about 3 weeks before launch i won a decent amount of money at the casino, So i called up and changed it to the premium console.

It does seem to attract fingerprints like nobody's business. If that's an issue then perhaps white is the way to go.

Yes I have heard that on other wii u forums, it looks like i'm sticking to the basic white one, i say a review on the wii u deluxe that Ashen made and i couldn't believe the dust and fingerprints, iit looks like i gotta buy a hard drive hopefully in white, and GB thumb drive too.

The black one does seem to show a lot of finger prints but I am always wiping down my electronics so it is a moot point for me.

So delux is the way to go lloks like but 8 versus 23gb is a lot of difference. They should of had an inbetween model. 8, 16, 32. Instead of just 8 and 32.

I had wanted the Deluxe, but all of my accessories were white so I ended up with the basic.

I have to say I was shocked when I opened the box and it didn't have a Wiimote or composite cables. my tv has only two HD ports (DVI/component, and component) which was used for the bluray player (Hint, hint) and the Telus TV box (which Tvii doesn't support). i ended up having to use the composite cables from my Old Wii, and sold it with the components I bought a while ago.

I went ahead and bought the deluxe edition. I thought it was worth it, especially with 32gb. However zombiu froze my gamepad twice. The second time it brought up an error code and I had to send it in for repairs, which sucks.

My Wii U delux froze a couple time on ACIII but I just unpluged it and plugged it back in and it worked fine
