Well my neighbor steals my wireless internet. Then she, yes she of course it's a woman who gets caught, is ignorant enough to have an option clicked so whenever I open Itunes I see her limewire files. My question is that since she steals my wireless internet are we on the same LAN? I wish to send her messeges and even get her IP if she is.

If she is stealing your net, then yes she is on your LAN since you both locally use the wireless connection (assuming the same one) to connect. I will also assume that you can also dig into her computer by using My Network. If you want to have some real fun, you can get a program like Ethereal (free) and basically see all the websites, chat, and other things she does on the Internet.
