ADSL modem connection

im freeking out i keep going round in circles, i DON'T have a wireless router i am connected throught cable adsl, i purchased the wifi max but when connecting it doesn't work, my pc recognises the wii as its station mac address appears, and on the wii when i shearch for and avalible access poing it picks up the dongle.

But when i run the connection test i get this error message code 52030

Ive search the forum and nobody has come up with a solution to help my case. this is so frustrating can any body help?

So you have your PC connected to the DSL box through Cat-5 cable and you plug in the dongle on your PC to allow your Wii to share the internet connection. I have seen several people having the same problem. Seriously, I don't see the advantage of using the dongle instead of using a wireless router with Wii's built-in WiFi interface.

I have the same router as you, I had this problem in the beginning too, open the utility window and make sure your TX rate is at 0. Then try again to connect if it does not work...then call the hot line
