Excellent news today for all those looking to do some serious, serious gaming on the Wii U, with BioWare’s announcement that they are “thrilled” to confirm their first ever game to be released on a Nintendo console, namely the very awesome Mass Effect 3, which will be a launch title for Nintendo’s forthcoming console. And as you might expect with BioWare, this will not be just a straight port from the other console versions, as it will feature a completely new control scheme designed to incorporate the Wii U’s touch screen GamePad. It will also come complete with bonus DLC right out of the box, including the Extended Cut, an interactive back story covering previous events in the Mass Effects story, just to ensure that you are fully up-to-date. And that’s not even all, as the Wii U version will also have the full-on Mass Effect 3 multiplayer experience. This is starting to get really exciting now. BioWare don’t muck around, to put it politely! And look, there’s even a screenshot to show how the game will use the GamePad!

Though I've yet to explore the Mass Effect series, I have zero qualms over BioWare puttin' said content out on a Ninty console.
