'Sup, I assume you mean the games for the Virtual Console downloaded through the online shop, just so you know these games require wii points that you purchase. They should also tell you which controllers may be used when you click on them for information, before you download them. But if I recall correctly the Wii remote on its site is fine for nes/snes play.
