Can't get past language set up

I have tried all of the toubleshooting for this and it still won't work- it will move up and down to select the language but when you click on the language it won't continue on it just clicks- has anyone else had this problem?

Adjust your screen size, so you can see the word [confirm] at the bottom of the screen.
