component cable/TV question

Osrry for my ignorance, im not very clue'd up with this side of things, I have this TV, it is HD redy and would like to know if it can handle the component cable. It has scart, dvi-1 and video in inputs.

Very odd because according to this link your tv does have component inputs.
Best to just look at the back of the tv for the blue, green and red inputs.

Your going to want a different TV anyway because the one you have is 16ms which is not good for gaming.

does the component cable really make a huge difference? I dont really know that much about this stuff, but it doesnt seem like it would be worth 35$ just for a clear-er picture.

It is definitely worth the price of admission. Click for Gamespot cable comparo. Might as well get the most out of the hardware.

You can get a scart adaptor to allow S-video input, but that would be useless seeing as your TV already has S-video input which also gives a clearer image.

You'll need an S-Video cable for that and, as far as I know, the Wii doesn't include one in the box. Nintendo's official site doesn't seem to offer one. Gamestop does but it's $30 which is kind of expensive for S-Video and it doesn't release until 12/26:
