connection problem 51330

hi, i just bought the wii yesterday and have it all set up. i was able to hook up with my wireless router and the connection checked out. i also checked the agreement and enable the wiiconnect24. so i go check out the weather, news, wii shop, and mii channels to see if the internet works. i could go into the weather and wii shop just fine. but the news channel and mii channel cant connect to the internet. it give me this error for news channel: "wiiconnect24 cannot be used because your wii console cannot connect to the internet, please check your internet settings. error 51330"

ive checked my internet connection, it work, i could get on the wii shop and weather, but not the news or mii network. is there anything i could do?
