Copying Wii Games (Not VC Games)

There are mod chips out already that can do numerous things but can people yet truly backup their Wii Games or has society not figured out how to read the discs yet?

An update, the motor doesn't spin backwards and you can back up your games. Creating the ISO is the long part but burning is just like burning a regular DVD.
