Roms are legal if you rip them yourselves and don't upload them on the internet.

You can have awesome roms on your DS with the Max Media Dock, but when I get one I will only use it for movies.

Actually all ROMs are illegal , as a rom is technically another version of a game, that you haven't purchased...

The only way this applies is if its been hacked and changed
ie some of the Sonic hacks (with mario)
But since there a mick take nobody cares
