Does ur wii make this noise?

Mine does that. It's something moving inside, transfering the higher power that goes into it to a lower power? Even so, it's normal, don't worry.

I cant play my wii until sunday. ANyways, i took out my game to leave it in my case. After i took it out and shut the wii, it made a sound like trying to load a cd. IS that normal. i turned it on to make sure its fine and its fine and when i shut it, it made the same sound, like its loading a cd. is that normal? b/c there is no cd in it?

Mine did this once when I took out the cd when it was still on the game menu. Because naturally it was still trying to read off the dvd.

you know what would be funny? If we ALL had defective units, and it's really not supposed to make that noise... but that's not likely heh
