Dose my wii need to be on standby with the cord plugged in to recive emails?

    Im talking about the power cord... and the file is in mp3 format witch in the manual says will work...

    well yes it has to be on wiiconect 24 and you cant send songs

    at least i dont think if i can im gonna load up my wii with some sweet tunes

    i think it supports mp3 from the SD card for certain things, such as making slideshows with music in the photo channel or when you play excite truck

    otherwise, you cant use the wii to play music other than those two (so far)

    1) It doesnt have to be on standby to receive mail

    2) Video/Mp3 attachments will not work.
