Guitar Hero III Mono/Stereo - Latest Update?

Hi,
I'm new to the forum today, and was wondering if anyone out there had the latest story on the GHIII mono/stereo saga.
Are new copies here in Europe (I live in France and the UK) still in mono only? If so, any news on when the patch/fix is due from Activision? And what form it will take?

Activision is doing Disc Replacements.
So far, there hasn't been anything about Europe replacements, only NA.

what about new US copies? do they come with problem fixed?

COLDshiver, thanks for the response. Are the disk replacements availble already? Or is it one of these "they're on the way" things? And any idea of the procedure that users will need to follow to get one? Who did you contact to get your form and disc mailer?
