Help with Zelda sumo wrestling

I forgot the sumo wrestling technique, so please help me. i grab the goron, and please just help me.

Wiggle the remote to slap the enemy (I never use this technique), Move the joystick to dodge, and press "A" to grapple.
You can beat him quite easily by grappling then dodging to the side when he gets out of the grapple. Repeat until you win.
Make sure you're wearing the right boots!
