is it worth getting "trauma center"

idk if i should get trauma center. it got good reviews but idk if its worth it

Its one of my favorite wii games. Uses the controller well. Good puzzle combined with a little intensity. I have my doubts about its replay-ability over time, but it was mine and my best friends favorite game to alternate stages on for a while, and I have 9 wii games.

If you like puzzles and aren't gonna be mad at lack of cool video and voice-overs, then this game is for you.
