You don't need the original N64 controller. You need either a Nintendo Gamecube controller, or the Wii Classic Controller.

Did you get on the VC channel yet and look? It tells you excatly what controllers you can use. I am guessing you were too stupid to figure that out.

Gamecube controllers are everywhere. You can get the Wavebird which is wireless, and it will work with both VC games and Gamecube games on the Wii.

Just get a Gamecube controller for the time being. They won't be sold out...ever most likely.
